By accessing tiger888.asia, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager on any Tiger888 game or market, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Tiger888.

• You may hold only one active Tiger888 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same verified identity — will be closed. Balances and bonuses on duplicate accounts are void.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including a valid mobile number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or director of Tiger888, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Tiger888 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (CNIC, utility bill or other acceptable proof) at any point. Accounts that fail to pass verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

Your Tiger888 account is your personal responsibility. You must keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. Tiger888 will never ask for your password in any communication, including live chat or email. If anyone asks for your Tiger888 password, do not provide it and report the contact to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account while logged in with your credentials, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify Tiger888 support immediately. Tiger888 will take reasonable steps to investigate and protect your account, but cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from a failure to keep credentials secure.

Tiger888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, bets and payouts are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit into your Tiger888 account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and the account being flagged for review.

Tiger888 reserves the right to request confirmation of the payment method before processing withdrawal of deposited funds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies equally to all players regardless of account history.

Tiger888 will not process withdrawal requests to unverified accounts. • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tiger888 platform. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating more than one Tiger888 account
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated personal information during registration or verification
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games or betting markets
• Colluding with other players in Poker, Teen Patti or any other competitive game format
• Abusing Tiger888 bonuses or promotional offers in any way that is inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion
• Attempting to launder funds through the Tiger888 platform — all transactions are monitored and reported in line with applicable regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger888's total liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Tiger888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or reputational damage, even if Tiger888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Tiger888's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Tiger888 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or participation in prohibited activities
• Self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Tiger888 will attempt to contact you before taking action on dormant accounts.

In the event of account closure not related to a breach of these terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts and applicable administrative costs. In cases of closure for breach, Tiger888 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, to forfeit the balance in full.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting Tiger888 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding bets at the time of closure request will be settled in the normal course and the resulting balance included in your final withdrawal.

Tiger888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — Tiger888 will provide notice via email to your registered address and through an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
